Next Working Day Delivery

Need it in a hurry? Order before 3pm and we will get your tools dispatched for next working day delivery, so you can get straight to work the following morning.
Free Delivery

If you are stocking up, we offer free delivery on all tool orders over £99 (excluding VAT).

(Please note: Deliveries to some remote locations or offshore islands may take a little longer and incur an additional fee. If you are unsure, just give us a quick ring before checking out.)
Click & Collect from Leicester

If you live locally or happen to be passing through the Midlands, you can skip the shipping entirely.

Simply place your order online, choose the Click and Collect option at checkout, and we will have your items picked, packed, and ready to go. You can pick up your order directly from our Leicester Trade Counter at a time that suits you.

Tracking Your Order

We like to keep you in the loop. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation along with tracking details so you can keep an eye on its progress right to your door.

If you create a GypsumTools account when you check out, you can also log in at any time to view your order history and check your current shipping status.
What if an Item is Out of Stock?

Our range is extensive and we rarely run out of stock. On the very rare occasion that we do not have a specific item ready to go, simply sign up to alerts when it's back in stock. We will order it in immediately and let you know exactly when to expect it via email.
