About SuperPROF
SuperPROF products have been making life that little bit easier for professional plasterers and DIY enthusiasts for a fair few years now.
Their high quality tools are made on an advanced,fully automatic production line, in Velddriel in the Netherlands and are inspected individually to ensure that the blades are straight and properly secured to the aluminium profile.
The company procures large rolls of steel, blue spring steel and stainless steel which is cut to size in a machine. The steel sheet is then forwarded to the assembly machine where the aluminium profile and blade are pressed together.
The half-finished product is placed in a punch press where holes are punched in the aluminium profile for the handle which is then riveted on to it. Wood coated knives and wall scrapers with wooden profiles have always been assembled by hand.
