That’s why we are pleased to announce that Gypsumtools is now stocking Delehedy Trowels, which are used for the final trowel of the finish coat. They are renowned for their excellent results and are perfect for multi finish, flattening and skimming, white cements and renders, special finishes and epoxies.

A bit about the Delehedy Trowel

The things we love about the Delehedy plastic flexible plastering trowels is that they claim to need no breaking in, leave no marks and will give an excellent finish straight away.

And, thanks to the plastic nature of the trowel, they are safer to use than steel trowels with no sharp edges to hurt yourself on while you work. In turn this makes them much more comfortable and less tiring to use than steel trowels, giving you the opportunity to get the job completed faster with much less stress.

You can also recoat previously applied gauges, much sooner and faster, while the result from blending old and new surfaces becomes more seamless. They’re also good for when you’re plastering over that lovely old Artex that’s such a pleasure to do!

There’s no need to use water with the Delehedy trowel either, it has a flexible blade suitable for curved surfaces and you’ll get a nicely polished finish too.

Why you need to get a Delehedy trowel today!

The trowel has two main parts – the stainless steel mini trowel blade which has an alloy shank and soft handle and the plastic blade holder bracket on the flexible plastic blades.

The reason why you need one today is because, for a limited time at Gypsumtools, we are offering you the chance to buy two blades and get the handle free!

You’ll get the benefit of the new shape handle, replaceable blades, new soft composite rubber handles and the trowels come in a range of sizes which are available with or without the foam back.
