Do you offer a click & collect service?
Yes we do, you can collect your order immediately from our Leicester based Trade Counter on Monday – Friday from 7am – 5pm.

Please ensure that you have checked all of your junk mail boxes. If you have not received an order confirmation after 1 hour of placing your order, give us a ring and we will look into this for you.

I am missing an item/s in my order, what do I do?

Exchanges & Returns
I placed an order with the wrong item/size, how do I exchange it?
You have until 4pm on the same day that your order was placed to make changes to your order.
I have received a damaged item, what do I do?
You will need to report the damaged item/s within 24hours via telephone or email, anything reported outside of this timeframe will not be eligible for exchange.
I have received a faulty item/s?

I wish to return an item; how do I do this?
You can return your item/s within 7 days of receiving your item/s for a full refund. If the item is damaged a full refund will not be awarded. You will have to pay for the postage to return the items.
